Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Belcher (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What Belcher is (and isn't)

Belcher is an AI Visibility Platform. Its AI Visibility Audit asks AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity) recommendation-style questions about a category and city, and reports whether your business is mentioned in the response, along with a directional score (“ARI”) and suggestions. This is a point-in-time measurement using basic text matching, not a guarantee of how any AI model will respond in the future, and not an endorsement or affiliation from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or Perplexity. AI model behavior changes over time and can vary between identical requests.

On a paid plan, Belcher re-runs that measurement automatically on a recurring basis (about weekly) for each business you track, and emails you when your score moves meaningfully. It also offers one-click fixes: AI-generated website content (such as a meta description, heading, structured-data block, or FAQ section) provided for you to review and paste into your own site. Belcher never publishes to, edits, or logs into your website. You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy before publishing it, and for ensuring anything you publish is truthful about your business.

On a paid plan, Belcher also provides the AI Growth Agent: on a recurring basis (about weekly) it drafts Google Business Profile content for you, such as posts, customer Q&A, and a profile description. These are drafts only. Belcher does not connect to, publish to, or modify your Google Business Profile, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. You choose what to publish and you publish it yourself. You are responsible for reviewing every draft for accuracy before publishing it, and for ensuring anything you publish is truthful about your business, including any statement about services, availability, or terms.

On a paid plan, Belcher also offers, on request from a report, a competitor snapshot (a live AI web search naming businesses that may compete with you, with a short note on each) and a landing page review (an AI-generated score and suggested changes for your homepage). Both are point-in-time, AI-generated opinions that may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, not a guarantee about any third party or your own site, and not an endorsement or affiliation from Perplexity or any business named in a snapshot. Verify anything before acting on it.

Belcher also provides Reputation Monitoring: AI-assisted assessments of whether public reviews may violate a platform's own content policies, and drafts disputes or responses for you to submit yourself. Belcher does not submit anything on your behalf, is not affiliated with Yelp, Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, or any review platform, and does not guarantee any review will be removed or altered. The platform always makes the final decision. Across all products, Belcher's output is an opinion generated by AI, not legal advice or a platform or model-provider determination.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & billing

Belcher is offered as a monthly subscription billed through Stripe, covering unlimited use (fair use applies) of both the AI Visibility Audit and Reputation Monitoring. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Free use is limited: running an AI Recommendation Report requires a free account, and non-subscribing accounts are capped per month; Reputation Monitoring includes one free audit per new account. Unlimited use on a paid plan is provided for reasonable use by the subscribing business assessing its own visibility and reviews. Automated or scripted extraction, account sharing, resale, bulk third-party processing, or activity that materially disrupts the Service may be rate-limited or restricted.

5. Acceptable use

Only run AI Visibility Audits or submit reviews for businesses you have a legitimate interest in assessing. Don't use Belcher to harass individuals, to file disputes you know to be false, to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or the third-party AI providers it queries, or for anything unlawful. You are solely responsible for what you choose to submit to any review platform, and for any decisions you make based on an AI Visibility Audit result.

6. Intellectual property

Belcher and its branding are owned by us. Drafts generated for you are yours to use for submitting to review platforms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that assessments are accurate, that any dispute will succeed, or that an AI Visibility Audit reflects how any AI model will respond to any user in the future. AI output, from Belcher or from the third-party providers it queries, can be wrong, biased, or inconsistent. Review it before you act on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belcher and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
